この度、Joshibi Art Galleryではこけら落としの展示として、
『across the vision』―視線の先へーを開催いたします。
女子美術大学洋画専攻・短期大学部絵画系の教員の作品を上海にてご紹介いたします。
11月4日（日）にはささやかながらオープニングを開催しますので
皆様お誘い合わせの上、是非お越し下さい。
お待ちしております。
日常の中でふとした瞬間に感じる違和感や不安。
言葉にならないようなこれらの感情や感覚を、私は視覚化したい。
けれど、それらをただ悲観するのではなく、私はそこから希望を見つめていたい。
すべての物事には光と影があり、影があるからこそ光を感じる。
違和感や不安は、何かを求めているからこそ、感じるのではないだろうか。
求めているものは何なのか。向かっている先はどこなのか。
その鍵は、どこか遠くにあるのではなく、もしかしたら、
実は私たちはもともと身につけているのかもしれない、と思うのである。

The feeling of being out of the place and anxiety,
which come across my mind in daily life.
I want to visualize such feelings or senses that are hard to express with words.
I do not want to be just pessimistic about them.
Instead, I want to pay attention to the hopes from them.
Everything has its bright side and shadow.
We can see the light only because there is shadow.
I wonder that we feel being out of the place and anxiety only
because we are pursuing something.
What are we pursuing? Where are we heading?
I think that the key may not be located far away from us,
but we have it with us inherently.

１年半振り。
帰国後しばらく熱でダウンしてました。。
やっと復活。
今回は美術大学などを訪問。
木炭紙がやたらと大きい。
建物も敷地も規模が大きかった。そして綺麗。
出会う人たち、みなさんいい人でした。
人は顔と顔を合わせることで突破できることがあるみたい、というのが今回の収穫。
日本でのごにょごにょを突破し、来月には上海にお引っ越し。
